Synthetic Sack yarn warping machine, which is a type of serial warping machine, provides the transfer of synthetic, polyester, cotton yarns from multi beam to beam in a multi-strand structure. By milking the yarns in the contemporary beams, it manages the single beam in multiple ways with electronic PLC control. Working area is between 2500-5400 mm Coil quantity is planned according to buyer’s request. It works with a total of 4 creels. Thread tensions are compensatory, thread tension control and brake system are pneumatic. Our yarn tension range is 150-300 nw and the working speed is 0-200 m/ min.
